Rajesh Dulhani, aged 52 years, has served as the Chairperson & Executive Director of the Company since its incorporation. He was one of the partners in the erstwhile partnership firm, M/s. Saraswati Sadi Depot, and completed his higher secondary education from the Maharashtra State Board.

With over 32 years of experience in the apparel industry, he is responsible for the product and procurement functions of the Company — including supply chain management, supplier relations and product quality management.

Vinod Dulhani, aged 49 years, has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its incorporation. He was one of the partners in the erstwhile partnership firm, M/s. Saraswati Sadi Depot, completed his higher secondary education from the Maharashtra State Board, and is a second-generation member in the business of the Company.

With over 30 years of experience in the apparel industry, he is responsible for product development, business development, operations and administration. He has been influential in developing the Company's network with the weaving houses of India and has consistently worked towards building efficiency across the various departments of the business.

Mahesh Dulhani, aged 57 years, has been an Executive Director of the Company since its incorporation. He was one of the partners in the erstwhile partnership firm, M/s. Saraswati Sadi Depot, and completed his higher secondary education from the Maharashtra State Board.

He brings over 33 years of experience in the apparel industry, with deep knowledge of brand creation and management. He currently looks after the Company's sales operations, manages customer relations and oversees its marketing functions.

Yatiraj Marda, aged 52 years, has been an Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company since June 20, 2023. He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been in practice for the past two decades.

His areas of expertise include taxation and auditing.

Amar Thorat, aged 69 years, has been an Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company since August 2, 2023. He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has held a Certificate of Practice for the past three decades.

He has acted as the auditor for various government undertakings, nationalised banks and private-sector companies.

Pallavi Korgaonkar, aged 54 years, has been an Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company since September 9, 2024. She has two years of experience in Indian market research for international markets, for products by Wella Fragrances for Vinay International (MNC).

She has been associated with the edutech company Suktam Knowledge Solutions Pvt Ltd and the AI company SmartSol, and brings 30 years of experience in managing the Korgaonkar Group.
